Personal training is my most elite and all-inclusive service where the only focus is you and getting you to your individual goals. My programming is 100% tailored to your needs, giving you a bit of what you want, to keep things fun, and a lot of what you need. We will use progressive, cumulative training methods that address your desire to either trim up, gain muscle, shred fat, become more mobile, or just feel better. We’ll also work on correcting imbalances and strengthening weaknesses in your body.
I love my 1on1 work because you will always accomplish so much more with this level of attention than you can ever get in a group setting. (Which is super fun! But not always as effective.) My clients range from elite athletes, to moms and dads, to teens, to my favorite (and majority of my current clientele!) Oakland County’s finest retirees looking to improve their general health and quality of living!
Our sessions are held in my private studio, are approximately one hour long, (or less, should that serve you better) and are scheduled according to your availability, rather than working around my class times. I can and sometimes do in-home training as well, if that works best for you.
Outside of the gym, your progress is reinforced by my nutritional guidance and coaching. Together, we’ll create better eating habits for you and make healthy eating easier, and more intuitive.
Additionally, during short absences (business trips, short vacations, etc), I ensure we don’t lose your forward momentum by creating supplemental workouts for you to do until you can return to our regularly scheduled training sessions.
My clients generally use personal training in one of two ways. It can be a short term, more educational fitness experience where we build you a solid foundation so you can continue working toward goals on your own or in one of my classes. Or it can be part of your regular weekly routine - a long term lifelong commitment to your health and fitness regimen.

Same level of attention and service as personal training, but you get to work with a buddy!!
You will still get my customized programming, the nutrition help, the guidance outside of our gym time together, and motivation and accountability. But you are able to share the experience, time together and cost with someone of your choice.
Perfect for couples, family members, roommates, or friends! You can chose this option for either long term general fitness, but also if you and a friend, sibling, etc. are maybe training for the same goal or an upcoming event.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
A huge factor to successfully creating a healthy lifestyle with longevity is surrounding yourself with a supportive group who share your goals and mindset! Small group sessions are a great mix of strength training and cardio conditioning. This option is perfect for a group of friends, moms/dads, co-workers, etc. who would like to get a great workout in with a like-minded group.
This class also offers a degree of individualized/customized programming and is a great "maintenance" program for clients who have already gone through 1-on-1 or for new clients looking for more general training in a small class setting.
Minimum of 3 people required to run a class. Maximum of 6. Almost any fitness level easily accommodated.
Class is scheduled according to your groups' availability so contact me to get your group going!
Session cost is generally $30 per person per session with discount opportunities offered for packages purchased up front. Please contact me to discuss.
An intelligent and progressive remote training program created by me to help you get the results you're looking for on your own time. This option is ideal if you travel frequently, prefer training at home, or already belong to a gym you enjoy. These programs incorporate strength elements, as well as metabolic conditioning, providing a well-rounded plan to help you to get to your weight loss and/or "toning" and strength-building goals.
This 3-day/week, 12-week program is provided to you via email and includes your specific movements, your rep and set schemes, the weight to be used, as well as video tutorial instruction.
This program pairs well with my nutritional counseling services to get you the absolute best results possible. You can also pair this option with a few single personal training sessions to create a unique package that works best for you.
My remote programs range from $100-$350 per month.
Your well-being is not based on physical fitness alone -- good nutrition is huge! And, by the way, the main goal of eating well is not just a "hot bod"! A healthy diet is essential for longer life, good mental health, helps prevent sickness and disease, gives you higher energy, and goes hand-in-hand with getting good results in the gym.
You may be brand new to healthy eating and need a thorough education on how to get started. Or perhaps you are well on your way with good habits but are not getting the results you want and need some fine tuning.
My nutritional coaching method meets you where you are, and we build from there. Generally, with most clients, we will set a recommended daily caloric and macro nutrient intake plan together, look at overall habits, and develop a plan from there.
This service is very individualized, so costs will vary. My main goal is to TEACH you as much as possible so you can adopt, build, and cultivate good habits for a lifetime. Your first month of coaching usually sets you up pretty well for that and many find they only need a few or even one month of this service. But we can discuss in more detail when you call or email!
OLYMPIC LIFTING COACHING
The sport of weightlifting is a huge love of mine. In my humble opinion, the Olympic lifts, (the Snatch and Clean & Jerk), are two of the most beautiful things you can do with a barbell. They are very technical, require a high level of precision to be executed with maximum efficiency and performance, and can require a lifetime to "master". That said, I also love introducing these movements to newbies, young and old, because they are an amazing workout for not only your entire body, but your mind as well! Coordination, proprioception (your awareness of your body in space and its movements), power, strength, timing, and so on - these are all attributes each of us can use in our daily lives to move, function and feel our best.
Whether you have an upcoming meet or are just looking to either learn or generally improve your technique, I offer 1 on 1 or small group coaching services and/or programming to make you a better weightlifter. I have been a weightlifting coach since 2013, and am currently certified through USAW as a Level 2 instructor.
